This Privacy Policy explains how Ayla Manager collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when owners, account users, guests, or third parties interact with Ayla.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account details, names, emails, phone numbers, property information, guest conversation content, WhatsApp metadata, billing identifiers, subscription status, support messages, device data, IP address, user agent, logs, error reports, product usage, and legal acceptance records. You may also enter WiFi details, access instructions, house rules, recommendations, appliance guides, FAQs, and other property content.

2. Guest data

If you connect WhatsApp or another messaging channel, Ayla may process guest messages, phone numbers, conversation history, language, property references, reservation context, alerts, and AI responses. You are responsible for giving guests legally required notices and for ensuring you have a lawful basis to use Ayla with guest data.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide AI responses, route conversations, create alerts, send emails, process payments, maintain subscriptions, improve reliability, detect abuse, debug errors, comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, and protect the service.

4. AI processing

Property content and guest messages may be sent to AI model providers or infrastructure providers to generate responses, classify messages, search property knowledge, detect language, draft alerts, and improve product quality. AI providers may process data according to their own service terms and data processing commitments.

5. Third-party providers

We may share information with providers that help operate Ayla, including hosting, database, AI, WhatsApp or Twilio, Stripe, email, analytics, monitoring, logging, security, and customer support providers. We only share what is reasonably needed for the service, legal compliance, security, payment processing, and support.

6. Payments

Payment data may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor. Ayla generally does not store full card numbers. Billing records may include customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan status, invoice or event identifiers, and related metadata.

7. Cookies and logs

We may use cookies, sessions, local storage, and logs for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, debugging, fraud prevention, and product operation. Some third-party services may set their own cookies or collect technical information.

8. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and keep business records. Some backups, logs, billing records, legal acceptance records, and error reports may be retained after account deletion where permitted or required.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for strong passwords, limiting account access, keeping property data accurate, and avoiding unnecessary sensitive information in property guides or chats.

10. International processing

Information may be processed in countries where Ayla, its infrastructure, or its providers operate. By using the service, you authorize this transfer and processing subject to applicable law.

11. Your choices

You may update account and property information, disable AI for an account or property where available, request deletion or export of information, or close your account. Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, billing, backup, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons.

12. Children's data

Ayla is not intended for children. You must not knowingly provide personal information from children unless you have all required authority and legal basis.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy. We will provide notice where required by law.
